The most beautiful thing about Ti3 Hosting is that you never need to contact them. Because everything works perfectly, and they react quickly to problems so by the time I have gone to the ticket support page the problem has been fixed. After being with them for over a year there is nothing to complain about, their service is excellent.
By far the most trouble free hosting I have ever used, I am looking forward to spending many more years with Ti3.
I was looking for a Dyson fan for the office so I purchased one on Amazon which was from OneFruit, after the initial purchase I looked at their website to see if I could buy some more, I found I could rent the Dyson fans for a few pounds a week. I now have my office full of Dyson fans (it defiantly keeps my employees cool it just a pity it’s not actually been that hot this year). They were delivered the very next morning by one of their own deliver drivers. After service is wonderful sadly one of the fans stopped working but it was replaced the very next day.
I now rent a water cooler, water boiler, Dyson hand dryer and water less urinal system (which dramatically shrunk the water bill) from OneFruit.
Excellent service, Low Prices and a very prompt delivery service, would recommend to everyone.
Finding a reliable water delivery company is not as easy as it looks, there are very few water cooler company reviews so below I will give you my opinion on the mater.
The office water coolers industry has been plagued by companies offering cheap water coolers (rented or purchased) that don’t live up to the service or standards stated by the company.
I started using Blue Mountain Water (aka onewater.co.uk) just over 10 years ago I started with a small bottled water cooler which I rented with a plan where they just delivered the water/cups on an automated time table and when I needed more or less they were more than helpful to accommodate my needs. Since my first encounter with Blue Mountain Water I have rented/purchased many mains fed/bottled water coolers and water boilers and have always received the same reliable speedy service every time (not to mention they always have the best prices).
When I place an order I usually have it the next day and if it’s not the next day it’s that day after, there installation service is painless and simple and they come every few months to clean and maintain the coolers they let me know in advance when they are coming and also ring again an hour before they turn up.
Every time I ring I only have to wait seconds till its answered and the person who answers the phone always deals with my enquiries and knows exactly what I discussed last time. Very easy, fast and patient, they confirm everything through email and keep me updated with the progress of my orders.
One of the coolers I have stopped dispensing hot water so I rang Blue Mountain Water and 3 hours later they were there fixing it, sadly it couldn’t be fixed so they replaced the unit there and then, it took a total of 4 hours from my first phone call to fix the problem!
I have never had such an excellent service before. Thanks Blue Mountain Water I hope to do many more years business with you.
