I was a Vodafone customer for over 18 years, I thought my time had come to change due to poor reception and pricing. With all the new Smartphones coming out and a lot of internet data is used by them, I chose '3' with the one plan with unlimited internet, the bonus of this is there is not fair use policy or caps like other networks, so don't be fooled into taking an unlimited internet contract with other phone providers as they are all capped even though they say unlimited.
Customer service is about the same as Vodafone, call centres located in India or other Asian countries. Bit of a language barrier but still understandable to get things sorted.
I am very happy with my change and the signal is far better than Vodafone and I Travel down the M6 daily
If you use a lot of data then choose '3'
Ordered an item from eBay, which was getting delivered by YODEL I have read many reviews and newspaper articles about their ways of delivering goods and thought to myself it cannot be that bad. How wrong was I.
Went for a cup of tea to find a calling card in my letterbox, which stated they had tried to deliver and that the goods had been put in a safe place in the garden (No you didn't, I was sat 10 meters away from my front door), it was left in full view in the garden so anyone could have stolen it. The box was soaked through as it was raining and my goods inside were all wet. I rang customer services to complain only to find that their mood is about the same as the condition my parcel was left in.
In future I will find out the courier first before ordering, even if it means a few pounds more on another site to use a different courier.
