Hello Miss K, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review and I am sorry that your delivery was a bit slow. We posted it out on the 9th August the morning after your order was placed. About 90% of our products arrive the next day (as you can see from our many reviews on the subject) however sometime Royal Mail takes a bit longer and we have no idea why. I sincerely hope that this unusual delay did not spoil your satisfaction of the products you bought.
