Great site for health food
I've purchased from this site on a number of occasions and have found it to be great. Nice selection available with prompt delivery. Very reasonable delivery charge to N.Ireland too, which is always appreciated :)

Very impressed first-time customer.
Nice site with plenty of selection. I must say that I only stumbled across this site whilst searching for a wireless PS3 headset on google. They offered a good price with FREE delivery to Northern Ireland (which is always a big plus for me). Some of the other so-called big online retailers insist on charging ridiculous delivery charges to NI (step forward eBuyer!!!) and blaming their courier...
Anyway, great product, great price, fast delivery. One very happy customer.

Misleading Free Delivery Mailshots
Ebuyer do not do free delivery to certain parts of the UK... including Northern Ireland. Yet, they continue to send me mailshots promoting products with FREE delivery. Recently I attempted to buy some headphones for £1.98 (advertised as free delivery) and they wanted to charge me £8 delivery to N. Ireland!!!!
They know where I live!!!... they know that delivery to me is NOT free!!!... yet they continue to promote free delivery on mailshots they send me!!! Grrrrrrr!!!
BTW I have contacted them on this matter more than once, but I only ever get standard templated, impersonal responses.

After looking further into your review, I can advise that our Eblasts and promotional email are sent to account holders that are registed to receive advertisements and promotions, regardless of where they live.
Unfortunately we do have a restrictions on our free delivery service, as our courier cannot always deliver to all areas of the UK free of charge. These restrictions are clearly listed on our website and our Eblasts refer all customers to this information.
