Cheap products but service could improve

I've had a few issues with the service. I make an order every month of at least £30. One of my orders was left on a pallet and was never dispatched - I wasn't notified of this until I called a week after ordering to find out where my order was.

Another time the delivery driver left the parcel outside (my goods are delivered to my worm address) with several hundred people using the building, no attempt at all to try and gain access to the building to leave the parcel with reception. This was reported to you along with the driver driving the wrong way around the one-way system and causing issues in the car park - again I notified you of this, the company was Yodel and I was told they would no longer be used to deliver my orders.

Low and behold 3 months later Yodel were used again to deliver my order! The order I made in November couldn't be processed due to a glitch in your system it didn't recognise my payment against my order. Again I had to call up after a week to check on my order and it hadn't even been processed! My cat requires a special diet and I had to go out to buy regular cat food in the hope he didn't get bladder crystals again!!

I asked for the order to be sent out ASAP as this was not my fault, I expected it to be sent first class Royal Mail but no, the useless Yodel was used yet again! It took over 10 days to receive my order AFTER I had been told the order hadnt been processed. So over 2 weeks in total which just isn't good enough.

I continue to use your service due to the price of your products, I've had a lot of issues using your company but nothing is ever offered, only an apology. An apology isn't good enough when it comes to my cats health! I have been told by one of your advisers that as of the new year you will no longer be using yodel. If something isn't done to address the issues I regularly come across then I will take my custom elsewhere, a couple of pound more isn't a major issue if the service is an improvement to what I have currently experienced.

Mazuma Mobile

Excellent service all round!!!!

I was a bit weary about getting full payment from companies like this. But I went to Mazuma anyway and hoped for the best. So glad I did, within 4 days of submitting my phone details on their site I had my payment! They email you after every stage so you know what's happening with your order. I submitted by phone info on day 1, day 2 the bag arrived for me to send them my phone and I sent this back recorded delivery, day 3 the phone arrived at Mazuma, day 4 my payment had arrived!! So pleased I used them and will be using them in the future!!!!
