I ordered a washing machine from this company, believing I had found what I wanted at a good price. The website seemed professional, and the payment method was secure. Google wallet and all major credit cards are accepted using "verified by visa". I then received email updates regarding the status of my order.
Then the problems started. My order did not arrive and numerous emails and phone calls went unanswered. I had bee given a tracking number and contacted the tracking company (parcel2go) who infomed me the tracking number was false (for a blanket - not a washing machine) and that Electricurls were blacklisted.
At this point I began to think "scam" and a review of other review websites confimed my suspicions.
As my order was via Visa Debit I'm hoping tyo get refunded via the chargeback scheme. However, in the meantime I suggest that you avoid this company at all costs
I placed an order with Storm Bathrooms for a Rhoper Rhodes tall bathroom cabinet and underfloor heating system. Money was taken from my account for the purchase and then.....nothing. After a week i made contact via email but received no reply. Several emails later and phone messages left over the next two weeks....still no reply. I eventually received one email stating the cabinet was out of stock, but would be in stock within a week. I really do wish firms would state clearly on their websites when items are out of stock. Anyway, the week came and went therefore I sent an email stating that if delivery could not be made within 10 working days I wished to cancel. I am pleased to say that the goods then arrived the very next day which to a degree restored my faith.
In summary, their web prices are very competetive, however they need to give serious attention to their customer service ensuring customers are kept fully updated. It should not be for the customer to do all the chasing
I ordered a bathroom cabinet from Bradford bathroom company, and unfortunately when inspected it was found to be damaged. I made immediate contact via email, and received a very quick initial response apologising and stating a replacement would be dispatched with 48 hours, which left me reassured. From that point on, the customer service deteriorated with no replies to emails and no return phone calls as promised. I eventually received a replacement nearly a month later.
In summary, they have some of the best prices on the web, but they need to work harder with regards to answering communication, and keeping customers updated. I certainly did not find the experience as bad as claimed by others though.
I have used this online shop a few times now for various bits of fishing tackle, and I have to say the service has been first rate. The prices they offer are some of the best on the web and I've been very impressed with the speed of the delivery.
I will certainly be a return customer.
I ordered a "Salisbury" kingsize metal bed from this company on the 1st of April this year. I was notified of an inital delay, which was acceptable, however subsequent customer service contact was virtually non-existent. I had to keep contacting them with regards to delivery and was promised delivery "very soon" which never materialised. I am a patient person (too patient!) as after 113 DAYS (yes 113 days) of waiting I had had enough, and requested a refund. They tell me the refund has been authorised, but i'm not holding my breath.
If you want to avoid dissapointment *do not* use this company
I ordered a hifi unit from Superfi and the service was first class. From point or order i was kept updated via email with regards to my order status, and 48 hours after placing the order the hi-fi unit arrived. The price I paid was the best i could find on the net, and the quality of the unit is first rate.
I recommend them without hesitation. Excellent online company.
