The clothes that I ordered, I feel are poor quality!
It took me three attempts to buy the clothes, as everything disappeared from my shopping trolley every time I tried to pay for it, I just wish I hadn't bothered persevering!
However my biggest complaint... is your customer service - Sorry you haven't actually got one have you??? Automated emails isn't customer service! You haven't even got a telephone number!! It made me laugh to see [Name] writing individual comments to practically every review on here... maybe if you dealt with the problem as soon as it arises then you wouldn't get such negative feedback, that everybody can see!?
As for next day delivery, what a joke, tried to follow up the item with yourself...automated email is all I ever got back (thanks for that!) I asked on every email for you to contact me in person, after I found this site I new that was never going to happen, unless I left a review too.
I had to chase up the delivery company myself, made 4 phone calls to them off my mobile phone, lasting for several minutes each time, not a free number so there's more money wasted. I also wasted two days of my holiday waiting for the items to be delivered, on both days I received a text to my phone telling me my item would be delivered between 8am - 6pm!
One of the items I ordered was out of stock, I was sent an automated email (no surprises there) and was informed that I would be fully refunded (still waiting) . You kindly offered me 10% off my next order, I'm afraid I won't be taking you up on that!!! And I'm still waiting for my refund!
I spent £140 on this website, however I will be returning all the goods I bought and would like a refund please, I can honestly say this is the worst internet shop I've ever come across . However you 1.7 out of 5 stars from 170 odd customers says it all, never seen such bad feedback!
