Reliable and great customer service!

Like everyone else and only naturally I was weary about buying such an expensive and important item off the internet. I love good things but love great prices too. i spent a few weeks researching diamonds and going to various jewelry shops in London and Birmingham to get an idea on prices. I then came across Diamongeezer after a friend had mentioned it to me and thought I'd give it a go. The website is fantastic, I loved playing around with different variables to see how much the diamond would cost, it was very educational!

I contacted the company and the next morning I had recieved a call from Luke. and through out the process it was only Luke I spoke to. It made it very personal. Unlike all the shops I'd visited, Luke wasn;'t the typical sales person trying to sell you the most expensive item, rather he was honest and tailored his advice according to you and your budget.

The transaction was smooth, I got regular updates from them via email. The ring was delayed initially but only by a couple of days and I was called by them to inform me.

I have to admit I am very fussy and wanted some changes made to my ring. I sent the ring back twice and they were very happy for me to send it back and made the appropriate changes.

I have the ring of my dreams, with a wedding band to match and I saved atleast £1500. A big thanks to all the team and in particular Luke...who was very patient with me!
