From the initial telephone call right through to the aftersales service, I am absolutely delighted with the professionalism and friendliness shown by everyone at Chorley Nissan Burnley branch. Lee was an absolute pleasure to deal with - nothing was too much trouble and he really went out of his way to ensure that everything was just right.
Two members of my family will only go to that dealership when changing their car - I highly suspect that I will be doing the same in the future. I have never been anywhere where I know 100% that I will be looked after, not only before buying it, but afterwards as well.

Sent the phone off on the Thursday, got an email to say that it had been received and accepted on the Friday and the money was in my bank account the following Tuesday. Excellent service - have used FoneBank a few times in the past and will continue to do so.
