Top Notch Service

I have been with TSO for about 6 months now, and I can say without a shadow of doubt that they are the best host provider I have come across. Telephone support is great (athough they usually ask you to send problems via the knowledge base so they can understand it easier). and the general online support beats any other. I spend most of my time working over night, and have lost count of the times I have asked for help at 3.00am and someone has solved my issue within a couple of minutes.

Purchasing an SSL certificate was straight forward, and they installed it for me within a couple of minutes.

I have had problems with Opencart installs (nothing to do with them as they just host) but Seb and the gang will always go into my install and fix file errors.

We are using a virtual dedicated system for £39.99 and have never experienced any downtime, unlike our previous host who had issues daily (while still claiming a 99.9% uptime)

All in all, a superb service for the money.
