Flight early, friendly staff, plane clean...just what you want really

Everything went to plan. On the return the scheduled big plane didn't turn up so they laid on two small ones, all well-planned and 'wheels up' was still early.

Bit cheesy that they flog scratch cards so avidly on board though - otherwise I might have given them five stars!
