I just made my first order from Bulkpowders after switching from MyProtein due to numerous order and delivery problems with them.
I received the order perfectly correct and on the day they said they would deliver. Will be ordering from here in the future. If there is a problem in future at least they have a landline number instead of calling expensive 0845 numbers like most companies (MyProtein).
I have been ordering products from MyProtein for years now and have spent thousands of pounds with them.
I felt compelled to write a review due to the massive decrease in my satisfaction with them.
In the beginning I was very happy and they provided good service but more recently I have had many problems with deliveries.
The latest being that I made a large order but one of the items was missing. I sent a message to them straight away hoping they would send the item separately to me.
After 2 days I had no reply so I sent another email. Still no reply so I tried calling them but with no answer.
I have sent many more emails and tried phoning with no response, do they actually have anyone in customer service anymore?!
After being a loyal customer this is the last straw and I will be buying from www.bulkpowders.co.uk in future. I have given an extra star for their products which are quite good but they don't seem to care about their customers anymore...
UPDATE 19/12/12: After receiving a letter from the CEO, I gave Myprotein one more chance and placed another order. I received a confirmation email and the money was taken from my account on 17/12/12. I have had absolutely no communication since then and the order is supposed to be with me today. The order doesn't even show on 'my account' page on the website and so they have seriously messed something up this time. I cannot believe I gave them another chance and now they do this to me, I urge people to be wary of using this company.
