After searching for some time , for a particular pair of North Face boots , i came across the E-B web site , and as good fortune would have it they had the particular Synclines on offer , i placed an order online , and they arrived within a week, comms where good too, even got a Royal mail e-mail to say they would be delivered on a specific day ...pretty impressive...upon receiving them , i thought they where a little big, but a quick e-mail into customer services sorted the problem ...i got a reply within 24 hours , and a replacement pair where held ending the return of the wrong size...all went smoothly and the replacements arrived yesterday (again within a week) ...(ollie appeared to keep an eye on maters, and kept me in the loop )...all in a good online experience, and one i would recomend to others......bare in mind too , i work in mail order retail , and know the problems and logistical challenges , so full marks to these guys
