Great product - packaging for delivery left a little to be desired....

We were really happy with the products we bought (a set of skis with bindings and a snowboard) although we have not tried them out yet! I got a bit confused with the questions they asked about the binding settings and am still not sure whether they have been set up for me or not but I guess it's best to take them to an expert to check out anyway!

The only real disappointment was the way they were packed up for delivery. They arrived in two separate boxes - one with the skis in and one with the board, but there was no protection other than the box itself.... The bindings had ripped through the cardboard and there was a nick in the snowboard which isn't ideal.... It wouldn't have taken much to either secure them in the boxes to stop them moving round or to add in some bubble wrap to protect them in transit....
