Most reliable service in the UK by far.
As someone who admittedly has spent way, way too much on games over the past few years, I have plenty of experience with all of the big names in online retailing. Nothing competes with ShopTo. At the time of writing I've made over 70 preorders with them, most of which have arrived the day before release. It's actually a rare occurence for games to arrive on release day, and never has a single product arrived late from these guys. I can't recommend them enough.

It's already been said, but this website is awful!
As mentioned here plenty of times already, there is simply no communication from the people who run this website, and seemingly no shipments being sent out, yet they will gladly take your money!
Don't take the risk.
