Dissapointing after sales service and technical support

Whilst you have a excellent website and product range I found your technical support and after sales support extremely un-helpful. Due to an unfortunate accident I smashed the fixed screen of the shower screen I had purchased. After numerous phone calls through your sales team, all you seem to be able to make contact with, to see whether you could supply a replacement fixed screen only, and despite promises to call me back I have neer heard from your sales assistant who was dealing with my request. All I ever got was that she was waiting for your warehouse to get back to her and that she would contact me as soon as they did. I feel very strongly that if you promise a customer that you will get back to them, then you do!. Coming from a business development background I would never promise a customer something, if I never intended to deliver. We worked hard on customer satisfaction and repeat business was important.
Before purchasing I also found it impossible to obtain any technical support to a query.
Perhaps you should consider giving more attention to technical and after sales support
