Really good price but they advertise free shipping and then ending in charge me 10 bucks

And present prices and what seems to be a good product but I have not received it at this time. I found the advertisement on Google shopping and it stated that there is free shipping and it also said that on the website but once I made it through the process of ordering it tacked on $10 for shipping
