Time wasting and inconsistent with deliveries - check you list
Ocado - missing items, nearly every order.
Our products included ROTTEN apples of which I sent a photo back and I was refunded the amount - but they wanted me to contact them with product numbers and batch items and whatever - like I work for them. I'd already thrown the packaging and rotten apples in the bin - you'd think they'd have the bar code numbers on their system??? Some of the food is well below par for a Waitrose supplier. They were reluctant to refund us for an advertised two for one offer as we only received one of the items. They are TIME CONSUMING - never get it right. We're trying Sainsburys. Had enough!

Professional, slick and reliable
These guys did our Christening invites, and helped with a sizing the photos and insert etc. The service was really quick, well priced and easy to use - would definitely use them again.
