After being a customer for so long, downtime of emails etc seem to be becoming more prevalent. The lengthy and long winded support process is horrible to deal with and don't even ask about the phone systems. It usually takes a whole day if your lucky for them to fix any problems! Generally poor customer service with no sense of responsibility to even think about offering some sort of compensation for the downtime (like a month free, maybe nice, having been with them over 3 years). Definitely looking into finding another hosting!
