The delivery speed and products were excellent BUT I spent over 2 hours on hold trying to sort out an exchange. At one point I was promised a call back within the hour and it never came. Also had to speak to 4 different people to get a returns label. Once I obtained the label it was back to excellent service as usual and I received the products very quickly.
