Avis in Neapel verrechnet 2. Tag und Tankkosten obwohl vollgetankt und nur 1 Tag Miete

Avis in Naepel hat mir eine Rechnung mit 2 Tagen Miete und Tankkosten geschickt obwohl ich das Auto nur einen Tag (10:30 - 16:30 am selben Tag!!!) hatte. Zusätzlich hat man mir 25 Euro Tankkosten verrechnet - Auto wurde vollgetankt zurückgegeben!
Ich fühle mich von Avis betrogen.
Bei CarDelMar hat alles geklappt - Avis in Neapel ist nicht zu empfehlen!
