we order an oscilloscope and only we received the device, missing all additional components, probes, cables, software, user manual, etc..

We sent a complaint and they knew finally solve it.

I'm very sorry for this issue. As already discussed, we contacted the manufacturer immediately after you reported the missing parts. He promised us to contact you as soon as they have any news, so we'll find a solution for this soon.
