Extremely worried

I ordered my Reading Tickets (weekend) on Saturday and the ticket it yet to be dispatched. I need it for Wednesday as I have an earlybird ticket. I have already paid for the train to Reading and bought clothes ect for it so I would incur serious costs if Viagogo let me down, will I get my tickets?
