I have found Cex a very good store and the staff are very helpful. But I have found that their surport service eg emailing them is very poor to the point that I had to email them about an Xbox Kinect that I purchased from their web site and has of yet had still not recieved a reply from them. I found this very poor service on their behalf. yet their web site is stating to contact them by email. so not at all a happy bunny
