worse ever courier

Booked two parcels with interlink after hearing good reports
I own various online businesses
First parcel, appears to have left in the rain outside the property without authorsation and is smashed to bits
so had to refund the customer
second parcel, AWOL
Wasted two hours of my life that I won't get back plus lost two customers, thank god I didn't book anymore!
although the gentleman in customers services was very polite and tried to help, didn't manage to resolve

WOW LETTER FROM THE MANAGING DIRECTOR, 5 MONTHS AFTER HE WAS COMING TO SEE ME!

OK, let me just say that I have not used XDP for the last 6 months. Personally if you selling ONLY mattresses will your goods get there in one piece. If they bothered to deliver them. Or if they didn't lose them. Or leave out in the rain. Infact, forget it you have no chance of anything getting there when it should, unbroken and undamaged.
After having around nearly every thing I sent over a two week period 6 months ago
Either
LOST
LEFT IN UNSECURE PLACE
LEFT IN RAIN
DAMAGED
SMASHED
NOT DELIVERED
JUST LEFT IN DEPOT THEN WENT AWOL
DELIVERED LATE
DELIVERED NOT AT ALL

I refused, to pay my bill.
I was in contact on a daily basis to the useless idiots that run the 'customer service' team, who couldn't run a drunken get together in a brewery, they were ignoring my emails, also my claims, either though I had emails from customer stating that they hadn't delivered, poor service, one man turning up.
We had images of the items being packed BEFORE sending, we had images of them being delivered, in one thousand pieces.
Seriously I could write a book on them.
I was then referred to Louis John, the supposed Managing Director, who I quote ' was very disappointed by our evidence, it shouldn't have happened and would be coming to see me at my office'
Well obviously that never happened, he didn't even have the decency to answer the phone to me when I called around 40 times.
Anyway after being accused by the Operations manager, who is an absolute and utter ... well, basically add your own word here, stated I was actually sending damaged goods out to my customers.
As always, nothing is XDP fault and they will actually use anything and everything to blame the sender, the customer , the dog down the road... even a caterpillar munching a dot leaf would get the blame, just not XDP.
So the saga continued..... they ignored my emails and calls, I ignored their bills and told them they OWED me money for all the deliveries they had messed up.
So along comes a court letter, which pleased me immensley, as I looked forward to my day in court with them...
Then! at long last an email from some idiot, not the managing director offering me compensation to conclude...
So yes I got nearly all my money back... obviously won't ever get my customers back ..and They nearly ruined my business, it was only because the customers saw how they were lied to by XDP, how they dragged furniture up the customers driveways with one man instead of two that I paid for, how they stated the customer weren't at home etc etc...
I could go on all day, only I have headache bringing it all back...
So today I was very surprised to see That LOUIS JOHN, the so called managing director, who couldn't be bothered to email, come and see for me for six months, decided to send a recorded delivery letter today to say

Dear Sirs,
as part of our quality audit we have been examining our claims for damages.
I am pleased to be able to report that our overall company damage rate is running at 1.65%. However it has beeb bought to our attention by my quality control manager that your rate of damage claims are running at a higher rate
Therefore for this reason, it is with regret I must inform you your last collection from XDP will be Friday 22nd March

As I haven't used them for six months and wouldn't unless I had a death wish, I find it highly amusing that they are unable to carry my parcels as they keep breaking them. Further more, my damage claims were higher than others, because even though XDP made it so difficult to claim, no way was I letting it go and would have my day with them in court.

They are , without a doubt. the biggest bunch of cowboys in the world.
Anyone want to see my images of before I sent goods, all packed and perfect to when they were delivered??
infact I have it on camera, maybe I should youtube it!
