I ordered a wedding seating-plan kit. It arrived with several creases in the board - one of them very deep - which no amount of smoothing out could resolve. The board was extremely flimsy and of extremely poor quality. It would have helped if the packaging had been thicker and tougher, but this was equally poor and flimsy, offering the contents no protection whatsoever from the rigours of the postal service. As for the contents... even if the board had been intact, a thin bit of a card and a few stick-on bits and pieces would not have warranted the price of the item. At great inconvenience, I had to go about sourcing replacement products from elsewhere. The woman I spoke to at Confetti customer services was pleasant and helpful, but as yet I have received no notification from them regarding whether or not my refund has been processed; presumably I will have to pay for another phone call to chase them up. I am an experienced paper-crafter (including wedding crafts) and was very disappointed by Confetti's product; I would not order any similar items from the company again.
