I ordered a guitar case (on Friday) on their website with a free delivery between 1-3 working days. The following Tuesday I emailed customer service since I hadn't gotten the case and no shipment confirmation, no reply from their part.
On Wednesday I contacted them through Twitter and they gave me a call back and re arrange for the case to be sent from their Belfast Store.
Today (11 days after I placed the order) got the case in perfect condition. I'm happy with the case, but they should at least have sent me some complimentary strings or cables or anything for the delay.
I know it wasn't done with bad intentions, but 11 days for a delivery is too much.
