Used them for a few months in my eBay business and mostly seemed fine, although collection was via a person in a normal hatchback car. I question whether she had correct insurance or not.
They damaged one of my items and then steadfastly refused to pay out compensation despite there legal obligations. Every time I proved them wrong on what they said about why they wouldn't have to they moved the goalposts. No matter what I said they would not have paid out the compensation.
I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU USE ANOTHER COMPANY AS THEY EVEN ADMITTED IN AN EMAIL THAT HEAVY OBJECTS FALL ON YOUR PARCEL. CLEARLY THE STATE OF THEIR SORTING OFFICES IS A DISGRACE.
