Having ordered a leather jacket I was looking forward to it's arrival. I waited one full week before calling to check on it's whereabouts. I was told "There are no more left in the warehouse, sorry... We did send you an email though". I checked my inbox and junk mail folders carefully but there was no email to inform me that they no longer had my jacket in stock. They did, however, take my money and keep it for a full 10 days before refunding it to me. I wonder how long they would have kept my money if I hadn't called to check on the jacket? There was no remorse, nobody seemed to care. Appalling service; I am very, very disappointed.
