Very easy

Excellent service overall. Firstly, I paid half the price for the car from AutoEurope than I would have when booking direct. The car came from Europcar, whose customer service at check-in and check-out was excellent throughout (even gave us an ice-cream whilst we waited in the queue!). The car itself was fine to drive and generally the whole experience was made very easy.
