Very good service!

I received a very good service, very speedy. One complaint would be that a medal box ordered was broken most likely during shipping. Better packing required! Also a mistake was made on the engraving but this was quickly rectified. I think shipping costs are far too expensive an £8 item ended up costing twice as much with shipping costs.
