Superb!

I've been using MyProtein for some time now but I felt the service delivered on my latest order deserved another review.

I recently purchased the 250g pouch of Creatine Monohydrate, however I forgot to include the MP Scoop (Small) with my order. After my order was placed, I wrote to MyProtein to see if there was any way I could add it to my order even though it had already been processed as I wasn't too keen on placing another order consisting of just the scoop and delivery costs.

A few days days later I received the MP Scoop (Small) in the mail - I didn't even have to pay for it. It seems MyProtein just wrote of the cost of the scoop and sent it through as a gesture of good will. I know the cost of the scoop is very minimal, but nevertheless, it was a truly refreshing experience of excellent customer service.
