Quality, trust and friendly
Not only have I used printing.com for many, many years, but I have occasionally been 'charmed' by other suppliers and found that they offered nothing better! I not only stay loyal to printing.com because of their product quality - I also have continued to use them as every time I have had any questions, issues or problems (from our side, not theirs) they have been more than accommodating in making sure the process goes smoothly.
And, as a bonus, I now can do everything online! Quite helpful when I don't have time in the day, and can order, upload and pay for things like business cards in the middle of the night in full knowledge that I will get my items on time (and sometimes even sooner!).

Great product, customer service and delivery!
They were the only shop to sell what I wanted AND give free next day delivery. Plus, I got a freebie included too - I spoke to customer services (on the phone) without problems (just to check the freebies where in the box, as I didn't want to open it as it was a gift) and it was delivered on time.
Couldn't ask for more! :)
