I placed an order for some guitar strings. Quite specialised ones. They phoned me to say that the ones I had ordered were now out of stock, but they did offer me a replacement. They were apologetic. They sent them straight away and adjusted the difference. This is very good service.
"Great service" would have been to have offered me the alternative strings (which were more expensive) at the same price as the ones I order by way of apology. I cannot blame them, but in all, that is why it is 4 stars and not 5.
I would definitely recommend them, but would be wary of stock levels.
