As a professional musician for the last 15 years I have had the experience of visiting and dealing with the majority of the guitar retailers in the U.K. Every single one of the aforementioned shops could learn a huge amount from the guys at Wildwire. I am still stunned by the quality of customer service I received and the range of impressive instruments on offer. Wildwire worked hard to source an unusual and 'difficult to find' colour of a PRS guitar that I wanted and they did so surprisingly quickly. When the guitar arrived it was instantly set-up to my liking; it's the best sounding, playing and looking guitar I have ever owned. I would be shocked to learn that even the most demanding of customer would leave the shop with anything less than a smile on their face. Shops like this aren't a dying breed, they're dead!
