Amazing Customer Service

I stupidly ordered the wrong item by mistake and was in a panic as it was a Christmas present, The customer service staff could not have been more helpful and sorted everything out for me without any fuss. i will definately use this company again and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. The staff are very friendly and cannot do enough to help.
A few days are lost due to the postal system while the packages are sent out to you and returned. So it may be worth while paying for a faster postal service if you need your glasses in a hurry.
I would definately recommend this service and will definately use them again when I update my prescription.
