We ordered a Dimplex Mozart Fire as a Christmas present for my parents. BHL kept us fully informed of delivery date and time, but the fire was supplied and delivered by a local supplier - The Plumb Centre in Gloucester. They delivered the wrong fire. I told the driver it was incorrect - it was clear from the size of the box. His response was "well that's what's on the paperwork". It wasn't! his next comment was "I can't bring it back today". He took the fire back and delivered the correct fire the following day. No apology!
I ordered a sample from Gallery Blinds. This was delayed by about a week due to stock issues, but they phoned to explain the problem and kept me updated. I ordered the blind and received it within a few days. It is very well made, extremely well packaged, includes fitting instructions and is very true to the colour on the internet. I was advised by a well known retailer to avoid stripes as they are difficult to get straight, but these are perfect! It is just what I was looking for and looks great in my kitchen. I couldn't find anything similar in any shops. I would definitely use Gallery Blinds again.
