I recently left Sky to join Virgin Media and don`t regret it for a second. The broadband is far superior and the almost limitless amount of catch up/on demand tv is fantastic. The recent addition of Sports and Movie HD channels is just a bonus to this excellent media package.
What`s the point in paying a fee for a guaranteed delivery date when you then in fact have to wait an additional 5 days for the package to arrive. None of the staff were helpful at all. A complete waste of space, they never return phone calls, are ignorant when you do actually manage to get through to speak to them and in general just show a disregard for customers!!

Have recently joined "3" having left T-Mobile and have found them to be both courteous on the telephone and adept at dealing with any enquiries. The network has improved vastly of late and have no network issues at all. I also have a broadband dongle with "3" and experience an excellent signal in the area in which I live. The only slight downside is that I have to pay for multimedia messages separately as there is no add-on or allowance in any of their price plans, otherwise my rating would have be 5-star.
