Sent faulty item that was already showing signs it had been opened by another buyer and sent back (box was ripped open and tapped back together and the batteries were left in the toy and all furred up around the terminals. After a couple of phone calls to Tiny tots direct they said i could send it back. I informed them then that the website stated they were out of stock but they assured me they had them in. Well i'm still waiting 3 weeks on. They must be sending it on the back of a Tortoise! NEVER AGAIN...
