Not been very impressed with the whole situation. I paid extra for delivery in the first place so I could get the product in time for a wedding I was attending on the Monday.
The wrong product arrives.
I then sent the wrong product back, over 10days ago, with the ridiculously large label I was sent that I had to find an extra large package in order to accommodate.
Yesterday was told the wrong item has still not arrived with them (their returns service is second class) so can't dispatch the right product until they receive that.
I inform them I have proof of postage which I am happy to scan and email to them if it means they can dispatch the righht product to me.
I am going away on 28th, so due to the bank holiday weekend, I am going to need this product by Friday.
At this rate it is not looking like this is going to happen.
I asked them to please let me know and I will just get a refund and purchase the product elsewhere.
This email was sent to them yesterday, i have still had no reply today..
Comparing this to the likes of Asos's customer service and delivery, where I had a similar situation, it was resolved within 7 days and 10% discount given on my next purchase with them, I would advise you to improve your services.
