I ordered a tap which flooded my kitchen, another was sent out which also flooded my kitchen, I sent them both back at expense to me. I have been waiting 22 days for them to get back to me, so I purchased another tap from B&Q which works perfectly, and they are now saying that one of the taps is fine, which isnt the case because it leaked. They now have both taps and my money which they wont give back, it goes against the sales of goods act, and the customer service is terrible. Do not use this company they are terrible.
