First company I have dealt with were you cannot contact them on the phone to find out were exactly your parcel is. Every other company dhl, city link, hdl, ups give you a phone number to contact them. Not time slot allocated..... Ultimately I may be forced to purchase the item that is due to be delivered to me elsewhere as the only reason I purchased was because of the next day delivery. One day delivery does not mean that with this company. I took a day off work waiting on the parcel that never came.
Got an email saying someone will contact me shortly via the phone, still waiting. Very poor service, I will definitely be contacting the supplier who uses Interlink Express to voice my opinion and concerns.
