My experience with therughouse was great. the delivery was timely and when i called up and explained that i wouldnt be at home the lady at the other end of the phone called up Parcelforce to asks where they were and whether they would leave my rug with tyhe neighbour. She then run me back straight away to confirm that they would try.
i got home and my rug which was the perfect colour, texture and quality was with a neighbour. the only downside is that it is a little smaller than i expected.
