Made an appointment, designer came on time, advised on the best available use of the space we had in the bedroom and sketched the design. There was no obligation to purchase, but the best deal was to sign on a negotiated price there and then which I did. we were given a delivery date and a date for fitting, Both were kept and the fitter has made an excellent job, well worth the money
