Thank you very much for your recent review of Pure Health, and the kind words about us! I just wanted to explain the delay with your order. You placed the order on a Thursday. It takes us between 24-48hrs to process and pack up your order. That moved it to the weekend. Because we send you the package in the mail, we had to wait until the next Monday to send it out to you. Packages usually take between 3-7 business days to arrive. I am very sorry that your package took longer than you expected. Yours was just on the later end of those shipping estimates. Thank you again for the review and your order.
