Comprehensive information imparted in an extremely friendly and efficient way
Used google to do an online enquiry about the possibility of equity release, typed in my details & having been contacted by several providers settled on KRS as there was no pressure, just helpful, pleasant advice. Subsequently I made an appointment and Sue Podger of KRS came along to see me, Sue helped me explain the type of equity release I was seeking, listened to the plans I had, went through various options and left me to decide before proceeding any further. Having made my decision, Sue returned and finalised my application and I now have the equity release I was hoping for. Must say, at the age of 75, it's great to be able to carry on with plans similar to those I was able to make at a much younger age!

Money-saving, time-saving, super-efficient service
This large and heavy carton filled with glassware and ceramics sold on ebay could have been a problem but thanks to the easy to use Parcel2Go site I found Yodel who collected it and delivered it promptly and safely at an exceptionally cheap price. A follow-up email from Peter Chandler of Parcel2Go endorses the fact that this is a company which not only provides a great service but takes the trouble to ensure customer satisfaction. Couldn't ask for more

The black granite plaque I ordered was well protected and packed and arrived within the time scale.
The plaque itself is faultless, the lettering and images perfect.
