My opinion

Very good fast service.
My only criticism is the fact that although it states free postage, you are asked to record the delivery which costs you.
My first transcation, this was refunded, but my second transaction and that of my friends, no refund. Which can be quite a lot depending on the value and weight of the package.
In spite of this I would still use the service again.
