Ordered a pair of adjustable beds a couple of months ago - Needed news beds and took the plunge as we have a few guests staying for a wedding
Went to the Ipswich store and staff were freindly and helpful - Said they would be required by the 28th August and were told that ithere would be no issues at all as it was a while away
We paid and were told the customer care staff would call when the order was ready and arrange delivery
We did not hear anything and month before the required date we chased up the order - We were called back and were advised the order wold not be ready by the date we required it - Tried to discuss other options with them etc but they did not want to know
We wanted to cancel the order and go out and find beds again but were persuaded by the Dreams cancellation team to wait another week as they were sure they could produce the order
Just heard, two weks away from the date that the order will not arrive until september and there was nothing they could do about it
I am furious - Its too late to go out and get beds and they have the money - they will not refund money until cancellation team team have called and that can take a week and then have to wait a week to get the money back
DONT BE FOOLED BY ANY SOFT TALK - ONCE IN THE HANDS OF THE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM YOU ARE STTUCK AND THE STORE WONT HELP YOU EITHER
