Quick and organised delivery but no quality control

I received a white polo shirt with red marks stained on, sent it back and asked for a replacement and got the same faulty top sent back to me. I got an apology but it didn't come across as sincere.

Good organisation but value for money isn't great.

Had a really good time but paid a lot for it! Hotel was average, not a place you want to take your girlfriend but it was adequate for a stag do. One pub was sold to us as the entrance fee being included but there wasn't an entrance fee anyway...! Buggy racing was a bit short, there were 15 of us and a lot of the time we were waiting around as there were only 2 buggies. Newcastle's a cracking city though, friendly locals.
