Excellent aftersales

Guitar arrived promptly but with one of the strings buzzing. Guitar guitar picked the telecaster up straight away, set the guitar up again and back to me quickly - you can buy from these guys with confidence that if its not right they'll put it right. Bought another guitar from them since and the set up was spot on :)

Good product, not great service

Received wrong product. I email to let them know, but don't get a reply. So I phone them and they send an email asking me to take a photo of the wrong product they've sent. So I do that ...but again don't receive a reply. So I phone again and they find my email and say they'll send the right product out - very good - but that I'll have to take the wrong product to a post office to send it back to them (using their postage paid service). What they should have done is apologised for sending the wrong item, sent the right item straight out away and collected the wrong item - I shouldn't have to take photos because they don't believe what I'm saying and then have to make a trip to the post office, not to mention having to wait 5 more days for the right product to arrive. I'm sure this is a good company/product and there are lots of positive reviews, but their system for dealing with incorrect orders is poor in my opinion, and judging by the feedback below I am not alone.
